Acceptable File Formats:
We accept uploads in .jpg, .tiff and flattened (meaning with no intact layer information) .pdf files. If you upload something other than one of those formats, there will likely be delays in processing you order. This holds especially true if you send us Publisher files. If you have questions about accepted file formats and how to prepare them for upload to our server, check out our tutorial here:

Design Services and Templates:
Of Course we DO offer Full Design Service for Business Cards. But we can also print your custom cards with a design that you provide and upload to us. If you need a template to help design your piece, you can download one from the link below. Although they are just simple jpegs, our templates will automatically open in Adobe Photoshop at the correct resolution, size and color mode. They also have guidelines on them to help you with bleed area and a short explanation on them to help you understand the "bleed" process itself.
